I have filled complaint with IFB with Ticket number [protected] on 10th May 2023 on second day evening when i call i come to know that wrong service center assigned by IFB, and they promise that next day technician come. but after daily follow-up till today no one come for AC repair. when i talked with senior of customer care executive on 15th May I come to know that Shivam Radio (service Center) has wrongly reported visit on phone. so, I asked that if any person visited to my home, then why till today no entry show in your software. where is payment which I have to made? but story is that IFB personnel never start process to repair my AC in summer. today is the 6th day still today no action taken by company.
