I register one request in Jan2022/Feb 2022 for normal service of my dishwasher.
One technician came and he checked every thing is working fine. He said let me clean the water supply pipe and then he damage that pipe.
He has gone from my home without informing me when i was busy with my work.
i thought things are done and at the night when i try to start, it give me error and not started.
Second day morning i called him and he said your machine's pipe is not working properly and damage. So you need to pay money for that.
My machine is already in working fine when i registered my complain. ITs normal servicing request only.
I tried to connect with your customer support team ( multiple times )to resolved my issue but no proper response.
One day another technician came and he said circuit is damage and you need to pay 7000 to10000 Rs.
I don't know for my working machine how can i pay this much of amt?
I even provided approx date and my mobile no to your customer care to check recording. But they are not at all agree with it and force me to pay.
I don't know how your treat your customer? but i was having worst experience with your technician team and customer support team. Was this information helpful? |

Every time you replied same in case of customer call, email to support team.
I know some part of my dishwasher is damage but you need to understand how it gets damage.
Due to your un proficient technician my machine gets damage.
Don't explain me every time that what is problem in my machine.
I expect proper approach to solve my problem. Your technician damage the things and why customer should pay for this?
Don't rotate the things. Your team did it multiple times. I came in this forum for satisfactory solution.
Discuss following things to your manager and come up with solution:
1) Why should customer pay in case of technician mistake. I am suffering from last 9 months. No solution from your team.
2) I am ready to pay partial. How company should expect full payment from customer?
3) Still your technicians are not confident on changing part will work or not. They said if we change the part and something goes wrong you need to pay again in case of other body part damage.
FYI: THey run machine by adding water manually and it worked fine till the last stage.
Its big question for me, Do i need to trust on your technician team. No one is taking responsibility.
