This is with regards to the complaint ticket no.[protected], I filed regarding my dishwasher.
After filing the complaint, Mr Ankush Meena was sent to my home from your company to rectify the dishwasher. I did tell him regarding the issues we are having with the cleaning o[censored]tensils and of the smell from dishwasher. He did not listen to us after repeated request to check for smell, the dishwasher was operated twice by him. Then he forced to use de-scaler and immediately after putting that it burnt the PCB. Rather than solving the problem he made it dishwasher un usable. Now the dishwasher is of no use. Post this he asked for the payment for service which he has not provided and said the PCB which he burnt can’t be fixed as they don’t sell that part anymore.
Now IFB after making official complaint to company forcing me to closed the complaint and not listening to me regarding the action of technician . Was this information helpful? |
