The dishwasher stopped working on 7/11/2016, phone call was made to local ifb centre-magic customer care. It was decided to shift the dishwasher to his workshop for checking and repair. We were informed that sensor needed to be changed-it was done and a payment of rs.3010(=1400 +plus 1005+405+200)was made on 24/11/2016 vide cheque no.46. But dishwasher didn't work for long. Couple of days after the sensor replacement, it again stopped working .Now the technician visited again simply to no result. He tried to repair the lock, but after a couple of visits we were informed that lock needed replacement.When we ordered replacement, the owner of magic care suggested replacement of the dishwasher instead and promised proper buy back value of the old machine. When we decided to replace the dishwasher with a new one, he offered only rs.1200/ for the old machine. We were simply stunned at this attitude.
Is this the way "ifb" treats its old and regular customers. We have a "ifb"microwave too.
Very disappointed with services provided by "ifb".The technicians -who can't make out the fault in one visit and the service provider making such offers.
