I regret to say that i never seen this type of irresponsible customer service from product in my life. I have an Elena Aqua VX 6 kg washing machine, purchased in 12th Apr'15 & complained for water leakage at bottom of washing machine on 7th July '15 & 13th Aug'15. The complaint ticket number is 15938075 & 16207091. Since no body visited to check the fault. Hence request you to kindly arrange to send service person at the earliest.
