We called IFB technician for repairing our microwave which stopped working June 15th 2016 .He saw and said capacitor needs to be changed. He came after 3 days changed the capacitor and started microwave. Bad burning smell came and again it stopped working. He told some other part is not working and he needs to change it. He came back in a week after repeated reminders. He changed the part, again there was some bad burning smell . Then he told he need to change mother board and better we take extended AMC. We took AMC of 3795 and 1000 Rs .( complaint no.[protected].Later he took our microwave to their service centre. It has been almost one and half month since original complaint and still they haven't repaired/returned it. The other major problem is that they never call back themselves. We have been calling them almost on daily basis and they don't have decency to call back or inform the status. They just have one response to every question asked- "It will be done by tomorrow". It is one of worst form of services I have seen till date. I would like them to refund my money and return the microwave immediately. Ideally if they cant repair it they should provide a new device.
