[Resolved] IFB Industries — fault in washing machine | |||
Complained for fault on 14th august, no clear reply frim ifb. Toll free no person only gives assurances, but not resolving the problem mumbai ifb centre people most arrogant and incapable to repair, the took 8 days to detect the problem and since then always saying will come and repair but never turn up. Whenever we call them they never pick up the call. I have been customer of ifb since 1999 but most horrible phase of experience i am facing right now. Was this information helpful? | |||
