I am writing this email as one fraud happened with me due to breach of confidentiality by company.
I had connected on registered IFB customer care number[protected] on 20th Aug 2023 (approx. 9 am) and informed to the executive about my washing machine problem.
As he told I will get a call after some time, and I got a call within 2 hours, and I have explained the details about my machine as he had claimed himself as a technician.
He has given the same ticket number which I received on the mobile when I registered a complaint.

After listening my issue, technician has offered me an AMC which covers my rubber issue.

As services will be free for a year along with other benefits so I had opted that service for a year and instead of any link, he has shared scanner on What 's App where I paid 5015 INR via Phone Pe in the night.
He has sent the AMC receipt over the mail which I saw later and itself looks fake.
He stopped receiving my phone and no reply on what's App.
So, here problem is it's a totally breach of confidentiality by customer care executive as he had only shared ticket/mobile number of mines to 3rd party or Fraud person.
(A confidentiality agreement is a legally binding contract to protect confidential or proprietary information shared between businesses or individual).
What action you are going to take on this matter.
