IFB Top load machine was bought in October'15. We started to experience problem with the machine within 4 months from date of purchase. This was complained to IFB service centre. Response time from the service centre is very poor. The service centre sent un qualified technician to home few times. He could not identify the problem and used to return without ant troubleshooting. The same was reported to Service centre and they sent the same technician even after complaining. Now, The service centre is not all responding to the complaint. The machine costs around 18000 Rs. As a good brand, we believe in IFB. The poor response from the world biggest manufacturer in IFB machine, gives us lot of frustration. If this persists, we stop using/recommend the brand to ANY ONE.
