Dear Sirs, At the outset let me express my frustration and disappointment with the extremely poor service from your service centre at Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. The background is...
1. Your Chittoor Technician Mr Guru took an AMC for 3750 sometime in early April 2017. He then changed some minor parts in the middle of the month. But after that, water started leaking all
over the floor. Getting Mr Guru on the line was very difficult as he was away in Srikalahasti on personal work for a week.
2. In first week May, your local service centre person wanted to know if the repair had been done. She was probably referring to the first repair in mid April. There was a communication gap here.
3, . In the meantime your Pananji representatiave wanted to know the status, and I informed that spare part was yet to be delivered, for stopping the leakage from the bottom of the machine.
4. Then your other technician from Chittor Mr Nanda rang up and said that order for part was placed around 10 days ago with Vijayawada, and part not recd yet.
5. Today I rang up your service centre at Chittoor, but she says that part not recd, and both Nanda and Guru are unavailable.
6. Finally I rang [protected] at 14:12 pm today, and told your lady rep the whole story... She replied something about ticket being cancelled ...could not make out what she meant.
7. Now finally, can I expect any decent service from your people, in line with IFB brand image.
Pl reply earliest so that I can decide on my further course of action.
