[Resolved] IFB Industries — Frustrated experience with service | |||

In the last few months I have raised several tickets for the same issue but I have reference only the last 2 Hi, I am very much frustrated with the IFB service based on my recent experience with their designated local dealer (SHINE madurai). I raised a compliant 2 months back about noise issues with my washing machine. Since then there were series of issues and several part replacements. The technician first start started with replacing the shock absorber and stand (Spent around Rs.3500). The issue did not resolve, raised another compliant. The response was so poor and reverted back saying the spring and circuit board has to be replaced (Rs.1500). I agreed and replaced. Again the issue did not resolve, raised another compliant. Now finally they say that the issue is with the Stand. After removing the stand the issue seem to be resolved. Now the worst part is that they took the stand back promising to refund the money. For more than a month I have been following up with Customer Care and Local dealer with no progress made so far. Each time I call the customer care, the service desk person would give me a contact number to follow-up. So far I have reached to Daniel, Vinoth Raja and Priya. These guys point each other to get the update and for the past 2 weeks Vinoth Raja (I believe Branch Manager) no longer picks my phone. I am really disappointed with such bad service and I lost hope that my money would be refunded. I even doubt whether the local service dealer is genuine and properly certified by IFB. Can someone help me on this? I am looking for some feedback on how to take this to next level. Was this information helpful? | |||
