[Resolved] IFB Industries — gearbox breakdown not attended for 18 days today | |||
Your ticket no. Is [protected]. The complaint against this ticket number has been pending since 17 days today.. Every time a person from the service centre comes checks rhe machibe and tells a problem. The person from thane service centre is not picking up our calls. When we call ifb care your representative's say the sine person named yogesh or dinesh is not responding. Why should we suffer for your company's internal issues...!!! My machine is giving electric shock when touched since yesterday. We also booked anow emergency complaint. But that also has no response from ifb. There are 5 people who operate the machine. What of someone gets a shock a gets a medical condition. Who should be held responsible for negligence...!!! Complaint has been booked against the following mobile number.
