I have been using ifb fully automatic washing machine and somehow the door glass of the washing machine got broken. I lodged a complaint with the ifb customer care and was assured that the part shall be replaced in maximum 7 days but it been more than 21 days and still they are not sure when the required spare will be received.
I never expected such a bad service from one of the top manufacturers of washing machines. I today feel really guilty for choosing ifb over other brands in market.
