Hi team,
I own a IFB microwave and it stopped working, so i have raised a complaint on 29 th july and after 4 days techician arrived and told HV capacitor is damaged and needs to be replaced, so checked with reliance digital( Guntakal) from where i purchased the microwave they told it cannot be included in warranty and told it would cost 4000 INR, i told them i will not be able to afford that much asked to share 50% from their side and both the parties agreed and Now today the technician has come with part ie after 31 days many calls and saying showed me the part to my surprise the part details below
BiCai HV capacitor is 1700 INR online asking me to pay 4000 ie 2000 from reliance side and 2000 from my side.
below question needs to be clarified
1.is IFB outsourcing HV capacitor for Bicai company?
2. what is the charge of IFB capacitor?
3. Why is 3rd party bill given for me instead of IFB invoice for part purchased?
4. why is the technician demanding the damaged part to taken with him?
5. Is Ekananda reddy from anantapur is your employee from IFB?

I want a reply ASAP as the executives are threatening to dismantle the product.
