Raised the ticket on 18th june.
These two tickets were raised for free servicing of two split acs.
At the time of lodging the complaint informed that the service guy should come within 1 pm for servicing as no body will be available in house after 2 pm.
On 20th june the service guy called at 3:10 pm for coming at the house and i asked him to reschedule the service for 21st june as no one was available in house which was already mentioned in the complaint.
After multiple followups phone calls, no service guy came on 21st june.
The call center guy on the phone does not give specific answers. The 'may be' answer does not help me.
I need a definitive answer by when i will have the free service of my two acs. I have heard of stories of horrible service from ifb from many people, experiencing it now.
Your service guys who answer the phone definitely need training on how to talk to customers.
