This is in reference to the above mentioned AMC no that I have taken from IFB GLOBAL & Customer code.
In the month of March'2023 I raised the complaint for my dishwasher against the below mentioned ticket numbers but till date it has not been resolved rather it has been cancelled from back-end without visiting my place & without any attempt to resolve it.

My complaint was regarding the fault that the LED display panel of my dishwasher is not working properly (Light not glowing or Dim light on display control panel) and the same needs to be replaced within my AMC warranty as per your technician but till date no one came to resolve the issue.
They are solving my complaint without visiting my place every time saying that there is no issue.
Request you to please take the matter seriously and get it resolved on a top-most priority basis.
