It is been more than 15 days and they did not fix the problem, but after charging me Rs 1590 they broke the working appliances and the local service center guy does not even show up or pick up my phone. I made numerous complaints and wrote to their executives, but no results so far. Please stay away from buying any IFB appliances. Their Customer Support and local service center in Nagole, Hyderabad (Laxmi Sai Associates) is the worst of its kind. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
