[Resolved] IFB Industries — IFB Automatic Machine Error E 5, Unable to resolve from company

We have purchased a IFB Washing Machine Automatic model No- AW7201WB. The purpose of writing was I had complaint many times regarding my machine error E-5. This has been now more than a month that I have to call the IFB customer care number every 3-4 days. The engineer visits the home every time changes some parts. Later after 2-3 days the machine shows the same problem of Error E-5. Either the engineers are not well trained that the are unable to resolved the same issues for which i am complaining from last two months or I think this is the life of a IFB product. I was expecting a good service from IFB when I purchased the product, but the product and there services had really disappointed me. Below are few complaint number references.

I request you to kindly do something for my washing machine. Kindly resolve the matter ASAP. I am fed up of complaining for the same again and again.

Updated by H.S Panwar My complaint is not resolved till date. Nobody had visited us. I am writing to IFB team again and again but there is always a reply that my concern is been taken care. Nothing has been resolved, Kindly send the Senior Engineer as committed by you.
