I bought a 400lt ifb fridge and from 15 th the fridge was not working. I complained to the toll number and got a message of ticket number [protected]. Today i called the local number and a executive named ramakrishnan, committed me to attend by 3pm. When i called him by 3pm he said another time of 4.30pm. When i called him by 4.30pm he didnt attended my call. Five times i called him he was not attending the call.
Then i called one mr vinoth and he made a conference call with ramakrishnan. This time ramakrishnan said he is on the way and said he never committed 3pm and said unsatisfactory words which irritated me.
The same fridge was once not attended for 20 days once[earliar]. When firidge was not working, hope the ifb should know what are all the issues will arise to store the vegetables, milk etc. Was this information helpful? |
