[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Ifb front load washing machine - company indifferent to customer complaint

My washing machine is not working since aug 9th. I had registered a complaint, the engineer came on aug 10 & said that some card has to be changed. The same card was changed 6 months back, but supposedly it has become faulty again. The machine is under amc & till now the engineer has not come back with the card. I have been again calling the toll free number since the last 2 days, they keep telling that they have escalated, but i have still not received any reply from them. What is the point of taking an amc is the service is so bad. This is the worst service i have come across ever for any product.

The washing machine was finally repaired on 22nd Aug - after 2 weeks of complaint -that too i was literally calling the service centre every day to check the status of the issue.
But now, the same problem has happened again. The machine drum is not spinning. The faulty card was replaced in Mar 2016, then again in Aug 2016 - both times the issue was same.
I have raised the complaint yesterday, but I haven't got any call from the service centre yet. The call ticket id is [protected].
Also, when my husband called the service centre today, they said that the previous call which was registered on 9th Aug got closed on 12th Aug. This is totally rubbish. How can the call get closed on 12th Aug, when the problem was not solved. After 9th Aug, the engineer came on 10th Aug & said that the part is faulty & he will get it in a day or two. I again called the engineer on 12 Aug & they said that they will replace it on coming Mon - which never happened. I called the call centre on 15th, they told me they will call back, which never happened. Again i called up on 16th Aug & still there was no status update. Finally, on 19th, they said that it will be definitely done on 20th - Saturday. I again called on Saturday Morning & they said that the engineer will definitely visit that day - which never happened. Finally, the engineer came on Mon - 22Aug.
Within 15 days again, another problem has occured. Again, the service of IFB is as pathetic as earlier - that too i have taken an AMC. This is the worst service i could ever get from any company. Would never recommend this brand to any one in future. No wonder people are moving to other washing machine brands these days.
