And didn't get any response to the mail.
I have been facing issue with washing machine since last 3 weeks, kind of recurring issue and finally service engineer told that drum needs to be replaced.
Machine is under amc and till date no one has turned up to replace the drum.
It looks ifb is lagging seriously on the service front which is proved time and again
Talked to service manager of ifb and their assurance were not honored. When tried again to find the status, the phone call is left unattended. Even the sms is not responded.
Stuck now on what to do next if some one keeps huge silence in the consumer industry where they are expected to maintain sla's.
At least on seeing this can anyone from ifb management respond to my issue please?
