I am using ifb senator aqua sx 8 kg for around 2 years (Contact number [protected] – this is the registered number). Till now no issues with the product. 3 days back a ifb service guy came from harinithi enterprises bangalore and did a service. He opened the machine and did cleaning and other stuff. And he confirmed that there are no issues with the machine, all good. Once after he left my home we started using the mahine, suddenly we got a big sound from the machine, when we went and looked at it the front glass door has been broken. Not sure what has caused the glass door to be broken (Whether the mahine was not assembled after cleaning). Till before the service we didn’t even had any crack with the machine.
1) i contacted the guy who did the service he negotiated that it would have broken if myself would have used jeans pant to wash and the button from jeans pant would have broken it – i am not convinced with the response and he claimed that it is not under warrenty and i need to pay for it.
2) i called ifb customer care and the executive said, it should be the service guy issue, so he gave harinithi enterprises number to contact and rectify this. He said he will raise complaint if harinithi enterprises asks for it after the conversation.
3) also registered my complaint in ifb website as well, i got an automated email saying, the ifb exective will contact back. But till now no calls from ifb.
4) called harinithi enterprises, they are not accepting that its their fault and they said they will check with the service guy and confirm. I called 2 times today, they told the service guy is in office only and will get back in 5-10 minutes. After 2 hours i called back the number (Manager – john), he is not picking the call.
When we purchase the product we don’t know who harinithi enterprises is. We used to go with the brand ifb. We are using ifb in our family for long time (With different models). This is the first time we are facing this problem and i am fed up with the response from both ifb and harinithi enterprises.
If this continues i am planning to put a case on consumer court. This is against against consumer protection act 1986 section 2 (1) (D). This has to be rectified asap as this is caused by the worst service done by the harinithi enterprises representative. Was this information helpful? |
