I have raised the complain through customer care and regularly basis follow up. but no action more then 15 days...

My Complain No:

2. 18075301
3. 18136912

Even one time IFB technical guy visited and close the ticket without resolution and again raised the compliant on 21st July.

Previously it was created on 9th July..

Dear Team,

Again follow up to customer care to know the status but still no action, can we have any charter to resolve any request within time frame...

From month of July the request is pending. And really this is high level frustration.

Dear Sir,

Is there any good luck for me? Yesterday followed up the same to customer care but repeating the same things "Technician will come next day and take action", every time set a reminder except nothing else.

Can we have any other email address? where i can raise the concern to higher level.
