[Resolved] IFB Industries — Ifb product and ifb service persons are highly cheating | |||
Sir, I am not happy to send this mail. We are highly disappointed with your very worst service. I am madhavi from karur dist.in tamil nadu. Past one month i was tried to reach your people to sort out the issue on our washing machine senorita vx 6kg 800rpm. Regarding this last september i was speck to your local service peeson in karur his name mr. Praveen his no. [protected]. He came to our home on 30th september 2016. He said the machine display board was not working for bad power fluctuation so still the warranty period is available so that to change the new board and also the stabilizer is must for this machine. We have already put one stabilizer through from your people only, the cost of the stabilizer is rs.1320/-. But your local service person mr. Praveeen said, this stabilizer is not that much worth for power fluctuation, we must to change the new stabilizer cost nearly rs.4000/-. You people ready install the new stabilizer but not ready to take back the old one which i have already bought through for you people. He said the board is currently not available in our hand so that we order the new one, ones we receive the board then we fix it. This is the statement he given to us. After that he was not contacted us. After one week, i tried contact your service people one mr. Senthil his no. [protected]. He said still not yet to receive the board. We waited for one more week then i launch the compliant in your customer care division no.[protected]. You people were promised me to solve the issue with in 24 hrs. Regarding this again i spoke to mr. Senthil he give another local service man mr. Mani his no. [protected]. He was not came directly to our place, i send the machine photo via whatsappp on 19th october 2016 to his mobile. But no response. After a week that one mr. Yuvaraj service man his no.[protected]. He contacted us and he came to our home on 21st october 2016. He said the next the day will come and change the board. Still we are waiting no one were not change anything from here. The machine is stand like a statue in our home. No use. Now we are not interested to solve the issue on the machine. We are highly irritated for your very worst service.
