I've a faulty serena aqua sx
I've registered like 20 complaints already and technicians had visited 20 times and its just 8 months since i bought the machine
The machine is troubling me since day 1 as i got a faulty machine and when i requested for a replacement, manager here at ifb service centre denied

And same Technicians visit every time
And laugh at my face for getting a faulty machine
And leave
Do something
Else I'm sueing the company

My washing machine is not working last 3 days had complaint but no one has come yet and not even service head Mr.chintan is responding on cell how contact CEO or Md so we can complain for such response against customer.
