A complaint registered against ifb washing machine with ticket no [protected] on[protected] about water leakage. A technician came after two days and said that a spare (Rubber which is located near the door) is required to resolve the problem and it will take 2 or 3 days.
But after 11 days the problem is not resolved.in these days i've called costumer care twice. But they have given another no. And i called that no. Also they are telling it will take 3 more days. Oh! What a bad service.

Updated by venugopal.T after this complaint on 30th april, 17 a technician came with that spare and tried to resolve but that spare was not accurate to fit the machine and he made an alteration which was completely against to the company manufacture. even though i objected to do like that but he told that it is temporary sir i will come with correct spare. the next day when i started the machine the water came out from the liquid tray like fountain. then i called to hyderabad person, karimnagar person, area sales manager and the technician about this. what a headache to me to do all this. how can a technician do alteration against the company manufacture? today 3rd May, 2017 see sir how long time it has taken even now also the problem raised instead of resolve. MY SUGGESTION TO THE COMPANY TO RETHINK ABOUT THE SERVICE CENTRE. SORRY! I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.
