Kindly note I own a IFB washing machine for the last 3.5 years and the machine has been working fine without any problem for the last 3.5 years.
Suddenly the machine has started giving problems now, it is a electronic equipment so I can understand that it can give problems. It is pausing in between and not starting again on its own (Its a automatic washing machine). So we have to again reset and restart it. This happens quite a few times.
After this thing happening 4 to 5 times, I understood that there is some problem with the machine, hence called customer care.
Hence I raised a complaint in customer care for arranging a technician on 21-April, for which a ticket number - [protected] was generated.
the technician visited on 22-April and cleared the drain, and said now the problem is solved.
He advised us to but DE-SCALE powder for the machine. I purchased 2 packets of DESCALE powder from him.
Of which one he said he will use now and he put the powder in teh machine and started the cycle and left.
The same problem of the machine which existed earlier again occured and the machine paused with some error, having water still in it. As it was happenening earlier.
Hence I called up the technician again to find out the root case of the problem. I had called up on Saturday itself the same day that the technicain had visited. To Customer care, who intern provided me with the local service center managers numbers, whom i contacted. As still no one came on monday also, I again called up there office.
After all these calls and inconvinence for these many days, the technician came on 24th April, ie. today only after calls after numerous calls.
The technician just started a quick wash cycle of 30 mins, and the cycle completed problem, so he assumed that all is in order, and didnot try to even find out the problem.
As per the technician as the machine cycle of quick wash completed successfully hence all is in order.
I had asked him then and there, that there is some problem thats why the machine is not working.
Now again the same problem is reoccuring in the machine.
I need a technician who would come and try to find out the problem first and them solve it.
Plz dont send such technicuiand who just come to close the tciekst raised and sell the products for incentives.
The technician who cam eboth teh times, seems to be like that.
hence I am raising this compalint againt the IFB technician, very poor service on behalf of the IFB to hire such technicians with them.
And plz arrange to send a Good skilled technciand to my place to resolve the issue with my washing machine.
