Dear Sir,
I had purchased an IFB Turbo dryer on 01.06.2019.
The same is under Warranty and valid upto 31st May 2023.
Complaint
The IFB Turbo dryer was in running condition but the timer was not working and hence the machine would run continuously until manually stopped by switching of the power.

I am having to write this as even after attending to the complaint umpteen number of times the issue is not sorted out and the machine which was in proper running condition earlier (except timer issue) is not in working condition till date leading to lot of inconvenience. As already mentioned your IFB Technician has repeatedly attempted to repair it; dismantling the machine number of times leading to further physical damage of the machine.
You are requested to take immediate action in this regard and I feel if the machine is not in repairable condition; kindly replace the same with a new machine.
