I have been complaining regarding the same problem in the washing machine since 12th of this month june. Till date today the 28th.

I have an amc with you for 2 years.
Now every time it so happens that your people take nothing less than a y and practically begging them to send a knowledgeable technician to repair it
But
All i get to listen from your customer care is that they are sorry for the trouble and are escalating the issue but no one comes to attend and rectify the problem.
It makes me feel sad and somewhat cheated to think that why i purchased this product and worse why i always take the amc.
Sir, can this problem be resolved or i need to take some other channel to escalate the issue.
Please if this can be resolved kindly get in touch and do the needfull..
