Hi team, I am using ifb washing machine from past couple of years and i am having some problem from past 4 months. I have been regularly calling the customer care and every time i get the same answer that our engineer will be visiting you soon and it never happens. I logged a complaint in the month of may and its been almost 4 months now that my washing machine is still not fixed.
