I own two IFB washing machines in my home, few months ago I got some problem in both the machines and the technicians cakes and changed the mother boards for both the machines and charged us around 17000 rupees. Now the same problem prevails in one of the machines and I have Registered a complaint in the given WhatsApp number and have been calling the technicians from past 1 month but they are not receiving my calls nor there is any confirmation about attending my complaint.
