I complained about my washing machine for door not locking, with ticket number [protected] dated 05 th june 2017. A technician attended and took a cheque from me for an amount of rs 3105 for annual maintenance contact, and said a part to be changed for my complaint. After waiting for one more week i called back and the technician said, he received the part from the company and he will replace it within 24 hours. Again i waited for ten days more, but no response from the technician and phone is switched off. Then again i complained with ticket number [protected] dated 21 st june 2017. Till date no response for the above ticket, no person contacted either. It is causing very inconvenient for me
I am regret to say very poor customer care from ifb. It was happened previously also for me. Why it was happening with ifb? Is it the problem with the local authorized service center or with the company?
Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
