Past 6-7 days, no action and repair done by IFB even after multiple reminders over email to IFBCRM Team
Poor service response and attention by IFB Team even during warranty period, can't imagine their service support after warranty expiry period.
dated 13-Jan-2017, engineer came and he said problem found in Drum / Rubber which he will replace by 17-Jan-2017 (being pongal holiday), but no response even after his committed date. Was this information helpful? |
