[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Ifb washing machine - issue with service personnel

I had an issue with my ifb dishwasher for which i do have an amc. When the engineer came home to look into the probme (Complain#: [protected]), i asked the engineer to check a problem with my ifb washing machine. He (Ravi) checked and mentioned that, the bearing and one of the pipes needed to be changed. On may 28th, when he attended to the washing machine to replace the bearing, he mentioned that, the drum needed to be changed. It has been over 10 days, and he has been promising that, the part would be arriving the 'next day'.In the process, he ripped out the 'working' washing machine, making it completely unusable. He does not even attend to the phone calls now.
