Sir i have made a complaint regarding repair of washing machine on 4/7/2017 and company gave ticket no [protected] and informed me that they will attend early but nobody has attended. Again ihave contact customer care for my surprise it is reported by customer care the complaint has been canceled without my knowledge they simple say lodge fresh complaint. The company is interested only amc now the company gave fresh no i don't know whether company required political recommendation or additional money tips no response person is answering. Only our prime minister will help as way of law

My front load washing machine is not working properly as it shows door open pls close and the door is closed but it's not starting. Please do something as soon as possible. The lock is also fine as it seems. I don't know what the problem is.
