Sir, i have lodged my washing machine complaint on 24 jul 17 and m/s apex care service provider at chennai attended the defect. But while dismantling the machine on 24 jul/02 aug 17, the service engr mr manikhandan lost the plastic knob of programmer and till date he has not turned back to change the knob which inturn made machine non ops. My machine is under amc since may 16 for two years. As per amc, the defect needs to be rectified with in 24 to 48 hours. But ifb franchie at chennai taking too long time to make it operational. I spoke to the apex care service partner mr saleem raja several times but not keeping his promises. My machine is down for almost three weeks from 24 jul 17.
