I have sent following e-mail, IFB but received failure notice. Why? I want to know whether the email id([protected]@ifbglobal.com) is fake. mentioned on IFB packing iof fake.

Dear madam/sir,
I received IFB washing M/c model-EVA ACQUA VX LDT, VQ53019, on 14.10.2016 at about 1630hrs. The m/c was e-purchased through Flipkart, order no- OD[protected].

I have also received sms from ifb about installation and demo. The ticket no is [protected]. It is alo mentioned to check the email, but till this time I have not received any e-mail ([protected]@gmail.com)

For security reasons, please instruct IFB representative to make a call before visiting, Apart from this issue IFB-I-card to IFB representatives.
