Our machine was working fine till in 20th july 2016 we went for the amc. The technician, seemingly untrained and incompetent, did some 'servicing' to the machine after which we had to register 3 complaints with about 20 days for machine breakdown.In spite of repeatedly and categorically requesting the customer care for a better technician, they kept sending the same technician and he is making the machine progressively worse. Why does ifb offer an amc if they cannot employ competent technicians?
