Hi all,
I raised a complaint on july 1st 2017 regarding an issue in my washing machine. After a long struggle one of their technician came for service and fixed the issue. After couple of days again i started facing the same issue in my washing machine and i contacted ifb customer care and they promised me that issue will be resolved in 48 hours. Its been more than a week and no one has contacted me regarding this issue after calling the customer care for twice a day. They don't care about customers. Everyone works lethargically. The technicians never attend the call and even if they do, they don't turn up.
Ifb customer service sucks. Please don't buy ifb products and end up in trouble. They don't even have an escalation matrix and their operating procedure sucks. They don't call the technicians from their side. They will ask to call the technician and these # don't respond. Customer care people don't keep up their promises as they say that a call with their higher authority will be arranged asap, but it never happened or they will connect the call to their higher authorities where no one respond. I am fed up with their service. Just wanted to throw away my washing machine and get a new one instead spending time to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? |
