Raised a service complaint for fixing the door on IFB Washing m/c. Continuous False promises of sending a service engineer within 1 hour, 2 hours etc and still engineer has not been sent to fix the problem. At least if the time of service was told, we can plan our other activities accordingly. Extremely agitated by the attitude of the KBS Services representatives (Manjunath and Raghavendra) who seem to be taking the customers for a ride. They dont attend phone calls from our number, but if we call from some other number, they answer the call and we get 1 more false promise to get our problem fixed in 1 hour. IFB should also take equal responsibility for not choosing the right franchise and not monitoring the services of such franchise properly. We also have an AMC - what is the point of having an AMC for such shoddy services?
THE ABOVE COMPLAINT WAS RAISED ON THIS FORUM A YEAR AGO. AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. STILL SIMILAR BEHAVIOR. MANJU DOESN'T ATTEND CALLS AND FALSE PROMISES OF GETTING WORK DONE THE NEXT DAY.
