I bought IFB machine top load in 3 years back. This is machine is not working fine since then. It gets problem with shocker and dryer issue and drum also not working multiple times. I called customer care they sent the person for service after 2 days it again got the same problem.
I told about this to Area Sales manager Kapil Sharma, he said on call that he will help me but then never answered my calls after that. And he has not much sense that how to talk with customer
I called customer care Neha in Panipat she kept me on hold and then disconnected the phone.
I am very dissatisfied with the product and post sale services of IFB. Please resolve this issue at the earliest or replace the machine. After sales service is very poor No one wants to listen customer querry
