I got scammed by IFB employees twice.

First incident - My oven's touch board got complained and requested for a repair. The service man came and repaired the same for a cost. Then he told this is a common issue, if you take AMC all costs will be covered. So I took it for a price of Rs. 2000 which is around 30% of the cost of the oven.

After a few months, the same issue happened again. I emailed customer care and they assigned a ticket to someone. The service man came and told AMC is not valid for the same part. I had to pay him Rs. 960. The service man made a call after that to someone and then I got a message saying your ticket is canceled. So I asked for a receipt and contacted the IFB customer care to know the real price of the product which they didn't even provide.

So I got scammed by IFB and its employees twice. They don't even respond to your queries making me feel the company is aware of this scam.

I already contacted your customer care, but they are with scammers, not helping the customer. IFB customer care isn't helping me here. I got a response from your customer care that, I will have to pay the part fee and service fee even if there is an active AMC. Just fooling the customer. Never going to buy another IFB product. I will make sure to post about this scam on every forum. Thanks.
