IFB Industries — New front loaded washing machine having many issues

We purchased front loaded 8 kg IFB company's washing machine on November-2023. within 3 months we faced many issues and accordingly we complaint and it's solved too. but this time there is voltage error showing now them enginees says that in our home there is high voltage issue so we have to spend approximately 6000 for stabilizer while our other electronic equipments running without any stabilizer and also in our area/ society there is no issue for voltage fluctuation.
