I have purchased a new refrigherator on 5/2/2015.but soon to my dismay within a month it started causing problems.the deep freezer started accumulating ice, then cooling was affected.instead of my making repeated complaints the engineer was not able to detect the problem.the local engineer would visit my place, with their limited technical knowledge would fiddle around with the parts, would throw the accumulated ice water from behind, clean up the deep freeze and would give assurance that nothing would happen again.even that the problem was solved and then i visited the ifb service centre located at behala.there i met the senior officer MR SAIDUL, who assured that if any furthet problem is caused, then he would give me replacement for the same, and then since he is just passing the time by sending local engineers who are unable to detect the problem.they have almost replaced all the parts even the motor also but there is no result, i had made atleast more than 20 complaints with all the senior officers but there is no response, so atlast i m making a complaint in consumer court online so that i could get any result, if a big company like IFB is making fraud then what to say about others, i pledge once again to take sertious action against them and give me a new refrigertor .
