[Resolved] IFB Industries — no one taking action against my complaint

I called to your customer care last Friday and they gave me ticket number [protected] regarding my AC complaint.Last month I purchased it.I paid 40000 Rs.But it is not catching remote signal. I am suffering this problem with last one week but they are irresponsible. 2nd time I call yesterday and again they send ticket number [protected]. But till the time no one call me. I want to tell you I was planning for other IFB product washing machine but your service is disappointed me.
