I have a contract of for my ifb washing machine. I am from surat, gujarat. I have made complaint on 14/4/17 name ramanbhai patel. Contact number [protected]. Complaint number is [protected].
Technician was arrived on 15/4/17 and told me that tub of machine need to be repalced. The same problem was occurred before a month and than after 15 days they fit the tub. They dont fit the tub in proper way so again tub is creating a problem.
Now tub of machine need to be replaced as said by technician. After it, we are constantly trying to contact for replacement of tub but still no action is taken from ifb. It has been 10 days.
I called to customer care of ifb washing machine from last 10days, they are saying that tub will be replaced after 2-3 days because they dont have tub in stock and tube will come from ahmedabad. Than again after 3 -4 days i called to customer service and they said the same thing that tub is still not arrived from ahmedabad. Than they told me that tub will arrive on monday.
Now its monday, i called for the same thing in morning and they were saying that today your tub will be replaced. And at noon when nobody was here for replacement, i called again and now they ate saying that tub will arrive after 4 days from ahmedabad.
Aaj 10 days se mera machine shut down hey. Kab tak mujhe yeh problem face karna padega from ifb side? Company's service is worst.
This is the 2nd time i am facing the same situation and problem from ifb side. I wrote to them by mail also when 1st time this problem was occurred. Now again 2nd time, the same problem is occurring.
When i contact head of the surat name brijesh, he talk to me very rudely. When i ask him about resolution of my complaint, he told that do whatever you want to do.
This is not a way of customer services and support from ifb. I would like to request you to take strictest action against this.
When i get my complaint resolved? When technician replace tub of washing machine?
