IFB Industries — Not giving motor replacement and denying 10 years warranty of IFB WASHING MACHINE AQUA SENATOR SX MODEL 2016

I’m H.S Rathore have purchased ifb washing machine fully automatic machine Aqua senator SX in October 2016 but now my washing machine motor is not working and need to be replace but ifb technician demanding money for motor replacement but I have told them it’s under warranty but they r telling it’s only 4 years not 10 years for motor warranty . But in system it’s clearly show 10 years of motor warranty. Anyways I need to complaint against IFB washing machine motor warranty issue.
