[Resolved] IFB Industries — not responding to the complaint

I purchased a IFB microwave oven on Aug 2017 and after few days it stopped functioning. Due to this I raised a complaint against IFB customer care and to be surprised none of them responded to the complaint and each time when I call the customer care they used to tell like the Technician has been allotted. Still I managed to get the number of Area Manager Mr. Sabarish([protected]) of IFB customer care. The way he responded was very ridiculous, so please guys never go for the IFB product now it doesn't have the product value as it had.

I was complained to ifb service center 5 to 6 days before & reminder give day to day because no response & not sold out complain by ifb team so please check & brief your team & sold out our complain.
