[Resolved] IFB Industries — Not working for 1 month and good for nothing service agents/centre | |||||
I own a ifb washig machine senorit in chennai [ bought in 2009] During nov 2015 (ticket no :[protected] and [protected]) it got stopped and they told the complete board has gone down and switch burned. asked me to put amc so that they can replace. I put an amc for around 4500. Now during may again the machine stopped working (ticket no : [protected]) Initially the guy came and did something but it did not work. Later i had put another complaint and he told board need to be changed (ticket no [protected]) But there was no response more than a week and saw my original complaint got closed. The raised another one and another all closed in 1 or 2 days without no information (ticket nos [protected], [protected], [protected]) Then customer service gave service number and asked me to call ([protected]) They assured they will send a person with a new board. the person came installed board and ask me to check and call back. But it was not working and was in same state. Tried calling the service guy, he told he will bring another board. i wasn't satisfied with it as they are not finding the problem instead just changing the board Called service center again they told will send a new person with new board. still they haven't sent. tried calling the service center today[protected] many times no one is picking the call. Tried to book a new complaint, the customer service says "application is down and asked me to call after 4 hours" asked for any higher official number, nobody knows about it. It have been around 2 months i have used the washing machine which is under amc. i might go to consumer forum and raise another compliant with these details. Worst customer service. they don't know why a ticket is closed and without a reason. they don't know what the problem is. In between these my registered number was not appearing in their application, every time i call they say we have updated but again its not there. what kind of application they are using. Looks the issue is finally resolved. A new technician came 2 days back did a 5 min job and it works fine now. We will keep monitor of this.
