[Resolved] IFB Industries — one month old defective washing machine replacement with new upgrade washing machine | |||
I had purchased washing machine tl-sdg 8. Kg aqua model on 9 july 2017 but its panel showing problem in operation after 3 days, i had file complain so many times but the service department not solving my problem properly, online complain ticket no. Are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. But the problem is still same. I had already talked with ifb service area manager ms. Karishma (Contact no.[protected]), mr. Rehan (Contact no.[protected]) mr. Arun parihan (Contact no. [protected]) and also the sahu sales agency manager mr. Ambujh ([protected]) respectively. I want to change the machine with up-gradation of model by senorita sx 7kg front load model by paying diffrence amount, but the above mention person not providing solution.
